        Micro Internship options

There are two routes if you are interested in hosting Micro Internships.

        University-funded

Funded through the Â鶹´«Ã½ Alumni Fund, these Micro Internships provide students with valuable work experience opportunities that may not otherwise exist without University support. This funding is primarily intended to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access talented Â鶹´«Ã½ students and benefit from fresh perspectives and specialist skills.

        Host-funded

Larger organisations can also engage with Â鶹´«Ã½ students by funding their own Micro Internship opportunities. Host-funded internships help us expand the range of opportunities available to students while enabling organisations to access motivated student talent for short-term projects.

        Programme timeline

Micro Internships typically run during the vacation periods in each semester.

While Micro Internships are designed to be flexible, we understand that some projects are time-sensitive so you may adjust the internship dates to ensure the opportunity aligns with your needs.

We’re currently looking for opportunities to run in Winter 2026-27. If you're not quite ready to host, but want to explore future opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
