MASH during the summer period
The first on-campus drop-in for 2025/26 will be Monday 28 September 2025. Our online support runs all year round.
You can get help from MASH over the summer period, but the process is slightly different to term-time.
If you are a distance student, a postgraduate or a referred undergraduate student you can book an online drop-in appointment. If you do not already have access and would like access to book an online appointment please email mash@bath.ac.uk to request access.
During the online drop-in our member of staff will do their best to help you with your query but please be aware that we may not be able to answer your question in full, and you may require a second appointment with a different member of the team. If your question relates to statistics project work then look for .
If you already have specialist statistics consultation access you can book directly.
Support for students who are not on campus
If you are a distance student you can book an online drop-in appointment. If you are not a distance student but would like access to book an online appointment please email mash@bath.ac.uk and request access.
The online drop-in service operates all year around, including the summer, expect for the Semester 1 and 2 vacations (Christmas and Easter). Please see the academic year dates for more information.
