Conference delegate day package

Details of our conference delegate day package including the cost and menus. These prices are currently under review and subject to change.

Day rate for 2025

Our delegate day package is £50 +VAT (if applicable). We offer a 10% discount for charities and internal bookings.

This package is designed to meet all of an organisers and delegate’s needs for your event at the University.

The package can be tailored to meet your requirements and event. Please let us know if you would like a bespoke package.

Facilities and event coordination

From the moment your guest arrives they will benefit from our day package.

With parking and high speed WiFi available, all your guests need to do is follow signage to your venue.

The hire of your main room and all the associated AV support is included.

Our experienced team are on hand to offer dedicated conference support throughout the organisation, set up and duration of your event.

We also provide you with University branded conference stationery, as required, as well as presentation material such as flip charts, board pens and paper.

Microphones can be tailored to your needs, from lapel mics to fully equipped lecterns.

Arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments

Welcome refreshments will be served during your registration, to include a selection of coffee, tea and your choice of pastries or biscuits.

Each service also includes fresh fruit for your guests.

Lunch

We offer a range of lunch options that can be served in your plenary room, in a breakout space or in one of our well-equipped outlets.

You can also choose to have a hot lunch served in an outlet.

Online sales and registration management

If you are part of the University and holding an internal event, we can create an online registration platform for you. This additional option allows you to manage your delegate's registration process.

It can be tailored to your event and can include social activities, accommodation and other additional booking items, leaving you more time to focus on preparing the other aspects of your event.

This service is also offered separately from our package at a percentage fee.
