This unit aims to foster the professional and personal development of the student practitioner, in relation to current standards of best practice, research evidence and theory.

Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this unit students will be able to:

c. Reflecting on applications of good practice, including equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice.
3. Information and facts about:
a. The role of self in the organisation and the limitations of own competence and area of responsibility.
