This unit aims to provide a clear framework and context for safe, ethical and accountable practice. The Unit also provides a framework for teamwork, with an emphasis on communication.

Learning Outcomes:
Having completed this Unit the student will be able to:

* Understand and reflect on the purpose of supervision in the placement agency and the student's role in the supervisory process.
