Description: Aims:
To enhance students' understanding of the career pathways within Sport & Exercise Science, and to teach students how to proactively engage in their own professional development throughout their degree.

Learning Outcomes:
On successful completion of this unit students will be able:
* Demonstrate an understanding of potential career pathways within the sphere of Sport, Health & Exercise Science.
* Develop academic skills required for the degree programme and further professional development
* Demonstrate an understanding of how they can utilise the degree programme and other continuing professional development activities to develop their skills and experience to enhance their employability on such pathways
* Produce a CV which details their relevant experience for a chosen career pathway.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the placement opportunities available to them and how to best prepare for them or other chosen professional development activities.
