Description: Aims:
This unit introduces students to the principles of architectural image making using 3DSMax and Photoshop.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the course students should be able to produce 3D models of their design project and create well composed, convincing views and animations generated from these models.

Skills:
Use of digital 3D modelling and rendering packages.

Content:
Contents include; importing 3D models from AutoCAD; creating models directly in 3D Studio; setting up camera positions and animation paths; creating and assigning textures and materials; lighting 3D models; putting together presentations using Adobe Premiere.
